Born in 1955, he graduated in Architecture at the Politecnico of Milan and in Industrial Design at the Scuola Politecnica.
In the 70’s, he worked with masters of design Achille Castiglioni and Marco Zanuso.
He’s always participated as a speaker in numerous conventions and conferences.
In 1996, he received the honourable mention at the ID Annual Design Review of New York. Its products have often been published in the ADI Design Index and in the International Design Yearbook.
In 2001, he released his monograph Thinking about Things: Mario Mazzer designer.
He has been featured in The Design Encyclopedia, Moma, New York 2004.
He received the Good Design Award in 2009-2010-2011-2013, the Red Dot Award in 2010-2012-2013-2014 and the IF Product Design Award in 2013-2014.
He has collaborated, and still does, with the major brands in furnishing.
In architecture, he develops renovation design and renovation projects for residential, commercial and office buildings, both in Italy and elsewhere.
Many of his projects have been published in Italian and international magazines.
